The store service at Collierville was very helpful & got a product (new chlorinator) that I needed right away. I reached out to management when I had concerns about a tech working on my pool and they were able to address all of my concerns punctually, professionally & fairly and I definitely appreciated that.

We attended the Pool School, as we had just purchased a new home that had a pool and we had Zero pool knowledge. Mr. Reed was an incredibly knowledgeable instructor that was able to hold the attention of the audience over an hour and a half of technical pool knowledge drops. Following the school the rest of the staff was super helpful in analyzing our water sample for free, translating that into what chemicals they recommended, and then giving us sweet discounts on everything we needed. 5/5 awesome experience! Will definitely be back.

Their technicians are top notch, imo. I had asked them to come and replace/repair a few things with my pumping system. They diagnosed the issue and the problem was much less expensive to repair than I was expecting. They could have taken advantage of me, but did the right thing. They fixed what needed fixing and didn't fix anything that didn't need fixing. Much appreciated.

Dewayne and Rico are top notch! They have opened and closed my pool for years and gone above and beyond each time. Pool looks great after they are done, they are very helpful, knowledgeable, and I know they are going to get the job done without any worries. Had a hiccup with my pool equipment after opening, and Dewayne was able to take care of it efficiently and way faster than expected.

I am very satisfied with Memphis Pool as long as I can keep Mr. Larry as my weekly service tech. Mr. Larry makes sure my pool is clean every week, my pumps never break during the winter months and he uses the correct amount of chemicals to keep mold from developing in my pool and the chemicals don’t destroy my plaster. Mr. Larry has been taking care of my pool for around 15 years. He is a hard worker and I really appreciate all his help!

Our process started out quite frustrating, which initially had us upset. Memphis Pools was able to come in and repair every issue with our pool. We had major issues due to neglect of the previous owner of our house. I previously left a bad review, but I wanted to retract everything. They followed through with everything as promised and we were finally able to enjoy our pool. Expensive, but worth it.
