This pool company is horrible. They have a girl named Abby at the front who doesn't know a thing. She just laughs and tries to flirt her way through being incompetent and useless. The two gentleman were helpful and tried to get me the things I needed and correct her mess ups. The girl just kept laughing and said she didn't know what I needed she's still figuring things out... don't know how your in the business and don't know what couplings are. Will be taking my business across the street since they actually know their products and how to not screw up every order they touch.

Abbye is a God send, she is very knowledgeable of the material and pool business. I called her before I arrived and she had my materials waiting on me.

Asked the staff for advice and product. Was looked at funny. Asked for product details. Even funnier looks. Asked about quality of their paint and how long it lasts, if it dries flaky or smooth..etc. I got the "crazy eye" look. I got out of there and went across the street. Did the same to the staff at their competition’s store across the street. Totally different scenario. Ended up spending $4300 on pumps, paint, pool cleaner, fiberglass and painting accessories. As a professional pool tech I’d say these guys don’t care about their customers. Or if they did I wouldn’t have gone across the street to do business.

Got to the place around 10 at night, Yes I knew they were closed but as a OTR Driver that's one of the best things to do, (Sleep at the Drop off or Pick-up Point). Backed up to the dock doors open already. Round 7:10am flat the off loader in my trailer waitied for the Knock on my Door, paper signed, was on my way. No problems at all.

Bill rocks. Vern is a paragon of the consumate pool proffessional. Chuck is an encyclopedia of parts numbers. Always helpful and most of the time what I need is in stock. Prices aren't bad either.

I went to this place for a safe lock, they said I didn't know what I was talking about and then they ignored me, if you need anything about pools go to the other side of the street, the woman at PCS is the nicest thing you will find
