I want to acknowledge what a great job that the STAFF at this store has gone above and beyond in assisting my family getting our pool together. Big thanks to Cheston (Store Manager) that works at this location he is very knowledgeable. However, I will most definitely continue to shop at this store with the staff being very customer friendly. THANKS and I appreciate everything!

Applied for a Management Position here at this store. Was hung on up by a female black lady speaking with, food in her mouth. Before she hung up, she relayed " Memphis Slang" while chewing food: We " AINT GONNA MOVE" Welcome to Memphis. Where your skills are not important. Apparently, eating on the phone during a soft interview is far more important. GROSS! BTW, my pool is green too by this store.

I purchased a Polaris Quattro from the store on Mendenhall. Less than a year later it was not working. I took the unit back to the store where I purchased it. They must have the hose that runs from the side of the pool to the Polaris before they will even look at it. Why? Don't they have one at the store they could use if it's so necessary? According to the internet, they are open on Sundays, but the sign on the door says closed Sundays. Very disappointing. A week later I am revising this not because the people at Leslie's asked me to, but because ultimately they did the right thing and repaired my Polaris unit under warranty.

I just went for my first time. Showed them the product online for $420, that they were selling for $650. Asked them to help me a little with the price because I was trying to come shop in person and support their business. They told me they couldnt even do 10%. I will not be back. I didn't feel that they Appreciate that i am coming to pay more money in hope to support local business.

Haley was knowledgeable and friendly. Had positive attitude and was quick. Store was clean and organized. I will be back

NEW MANAGEMENT! I wish they could erase the old reviews because the new management of Nick was wonderful! Nick and Cheston were so positive and helpful! They didn’t have the part but they looked in the computer, informed me about parts, and were so knowledgeable. I will be visiting again.

I would give a zero or negative if possible. Its 3pm and the store is closed for no reason.
