Amazing job by an amazing crew! I highly recommend Kasper’s if you’re in their territory. Cindy was extremely knowledgeable salesperson. Helped us with order selection and got us a great deal on a luxury spa. The install crew was timely and efficient. What really sets them apart is their service. When I couldn’t get the hot tub working after our electrician did the hookup, they were there first thing on a Saturday morning to get it fixed. When that didn’t work, their techs were back first thing Monday morning as promised. After thorough service, determined it was our electrician that screwed up at the shutoff and walked him thru how to correct his error. Never once did they go below outstanding service and communication (even though the issue wasn’t their problem). Their only concern was that we enjoy a working hot tub. I’ve been back in their retail store for water testing and they are super friendly and helpful. They offer maintenance tips and answer any questions I have.

We recently purchased a home with an existing inground pool and contacted this company for the first time regarding a service need. Unfortunately, our experience was highly disappointing. The employee we spoke with was dismissive, stating they did not "have time for us" and that current contract customers were prioritized. While I understand the importance of prioritizing existing clients, the unprofessional and rude manner in which this was communicated, without any inquiry into our potential as new customers, was unacceptable and definitely not warranted. Do better!

Amazing service! Had an emergency with a leak in our pool and got the perfect advise and product from this friendly staff at a great price. Very willing to help and very patient with explaining the fix!

The team at Kaspers has been fantastic to work with! We had some minor issues (not their fault) and they came out next day to fix it!

Went in as a brand new pool owner. They gave me all the attention I needed and explained everything perfectly in order for me to get my pool chemistry just right. They got all the products for me, didn’t try to sell me anything that I didn’t need. 24 hours after my visit and my pool chemistry is perfect. Highly professional and extremely knowledgeable. Need to work on the customer service skills of their employees. Didn’t feel welcome at all. Young gentleman was very short with me when I came to pick up my online order. It was my first time purchasing something from this store so I wasn’t sure how things worked there. The employee acted like I should have known where everything was and appeared to be annoyed that I didn’t.
