Employee was super helpful and pleasant. I am impressed with this local pool supply shop with a variety of pool cleaning items, replacement equipment and pool supplies.

So I'm seeing great reviews on this place and I must share my experience. Ordered chlorine online during the chlorine shortage. Called the store after the order was placed to confirm it is available since it is almost a 50 minute drive each direction. Was assured everything was good for Monday morning. Showed up as first customer Monday AM with order number in my hand. Assistant store manager started waving his hands frazzled stating there has been no chlorine for 5 days, pointing at the area where it should be, and being very popmus telling me I need to call corporate. Mind you, I'm the first customer of the day and he gave me attitude. Called corporate and was sent overseas. Waste of time.

First of all, they have a high Cyanuric Acid content in their pool chemicals. They say they lowered it but you really want to do your research on this. Other pool companies keep it simple, Clorine and sometimes PH plus or negative. At Leslie's, they make it into a science project and over complicate it. With all that they sell you, you never get it right and perhaps like in my case, your pool will need to be drained and refilled. I will never use their products again.

Worst pool company ever👎👎😡😡 Recently purchased an above ground pool from this store. 1st they won't provide you with any information about the manufacturer in case you need a permit from your county and 2nd after 2 weeks of use one of th hose broke and the water filter is leaking and LESLIE store instead of be responsible and change those part, they are asking us to contact the manufacturer, which they even don't know the number. If you want to wase your time good luck and buy from this store.

Went in there twice now. Once before we got our pool while we were still looking and were in the market for the pool. We went inside to inquire and without even the bat of an eyelash the gentleman behind the counter just laughed at us and said "Good luck finding a pool." He then went back to looking at whatever he was doing at the counter. That same day we went to another place and purchased a pool. We went there again after we got the pool just to inquire who they recommend using as a pool installer (we were just trying to get as many names as possible who were reputable). Once again the guy at the counter barely even looked at us and said "We don't install pools" and went back to his work. We now own a pool and have it up and running but I am extremely leery of giving them our business to look for pool toys and such just because of their awful customer service.

I went into the store with a water sample because my stabilizer was low according to my test strips. I left with $235 worth of chemicals to treat four different things. I was told that I could return them if I did not need them because I had some chemicals at home (I just wasn't sure which ones). I was talking to a friend and she said that was absurd she didn't spend $60 to open her pool. I agreed and my husband to another water sample to another local store only to find out our chemistry was perfect t ans our strips were faulty. He then went to Leslie's to return the unnecessary chemicals to be told they do not issue returns on chemicals. My 10 y/o son was with me when I asked if I could return and told this to my husband who relayed that message to the sales person. They finally refunded us the money. We will NEVERTHELESS set foot in that store again; they are dishonest and only put to make $$$
