Willow is our go to place for pool & spa needs. They are reliable, professional & great to do business with & we know that the service will be done as promised. Our pool looks new again with the new liner they put in for us.

Very Happy customer, bought the Hotsprings Envoy which is a phenomenal hot tub for the money. There was a hiccup with delivery but I have to say they went above and beyond to make it right. They will now have my loyalty for many years to come! They could have very easily not been helpful but they were extremely responsive, listened, and resolved the issue essentially a day later. I have not seen customer service like that in years. I would strongly recommend Willow Park for your next purchase! They won my trust and respect and that is rare these days! Mark and the team are great.

Update 2025 I needed my liner replaced. They had plenty of beautiful choices. My liner was delivered super fast. I am very happy with the install. The installers came on time and the crew got right to work. The liner fit beautifully. They filled it and cleaned everything up. It was an easy transaction. I recommend this business. 2020 Very knowledgeable staff. They test pool water and tell you exactly what chemicals you need and the amount. They sell pools, spas, chemicals,and accessories. Handicapped parking and entrance.

Mark was wonderful to work with. His communication was always top notch and quick. (He even responded on one of his days off). We got a beautiful high end pool at a year end discount which was not offered by other resalers. Once we decided on the pool we wanted, it was ordered and transferred from a warehouse in NY. Mark delivered the pool the same day and we had it installed within 3 days. The installer they recommended was awesome as well. As customers, we have a tendency to post bad reviews, that said it is super important to post the good experiences as well. Purchased our hot tub from Willow Park earlier this year, great experience with everything but as luck had it our unit had a leak. Mark and team timely took care of the issue, performed inspection and due diligence, and we had the hot tub replaced in about 6 weeks time. To be completely honest, I was very surprised how quickly they were able to get us a new hot tub given what I had read online from customers in other states. The manager recommended a pool installer who was incompetent, Noah Masser. When I questioned the manager he defended the incompetent pool installer and told me I would lose in court ( which I did not). He was dismissive when I questioned him and was more concerned about the incompetent pool installer who ended up moving in the middle of my job. I spent 15k on equipment with Willow park. The service was horrible and they took no responsibility for recommending Noah Messer to me. I highly recommend that this company be avoided.
