I’ve been to visit several times now and all of their staff have been super helpful, kind and educational. They seem to have a good inventory of random little things that I need plus online pick up orders are super easy & convenient. Their free in-store testing saved me tons of time, energy, and money. I visited recently worried that we had a chlorine lock and CYA emergency, but it turned out to just be my faulty home test kit. I only ended up needing one simple product for a minor chemistry correction. Really thankful for their advice and patience!

When your hours say 9am–6pm, most people assume you’re open until… you know, 6pm. Showed up 45 minutes before closing and the place was dark and empty. Drove out of my way for nothing. Either update your hours or actually stay open when you say you are. Not cool.

Last week I was the first one in the line for water test. I kinda laughed a little as the only employee went out for a smoke break while my test ran. There were 3 people behind me so I thought he wanted to be ready to go. But he finished up with me and was back outside smoking before he even helped the next guy. Then this week I am the only customer there. Same guy is outside on smoke break when I walked in. I watched him smoke a second cigarette before he came in to help me. And walked back outside before I even made it out of the parking lot. Must be nice to be paid to burn smokes all day!

As I walked up they placed a sign saying back in 5mins. I ended up waiting for 15 an no one came back. This is not the first time this has happened at this location. Truly a bad store take your business elsewhere. You’ll be more satisfied literally anywhere else

Been doing business with Leslie's in Highland Village for years and then when they opened up the Corinth store, I was extremely grateful due to time saved. Keep in mind that this is a newly opened establishment. So far, I haven't had any issues at all. Everyone always seems to be extremely knowledgeable, professional, and definitely straightforward, which I can respect due to my hard-headedness at times.

If I could give negative 5 stars I would. I was upsold on chemicals I didn’t need and when my pool guy advised me of it I tried to return them. They said we don’t take back chemicals despite the fact that it was fully sealed. So they’ll test your water, sell you junk you don’t need and when you find out you were duped and try to return it they’ll refuse it. I will NEVER shop here again!
