One of the worst pool cleaning services, when cleaning they do half work . Brush all the dirt from the bottom to the side , while brushing dirt the pool becomes cloudy . The Technician sends photos as cleaning is done . You can not see anything in the pool , you end up seeing your pool is when the cloud settles down than you realize nothing was done . When you ask them CUA pool agent Isaiah states if I won’t pool in demand cleaning will cost extra . If you or your company is thinking hiring them to clean your pool . Think twice as you are going to have problems and of all waste your money .

I’ve been a customer for many years now. When the system works it’s great. When it breaks it’s very difficult to get the maintenance team to get the system back up and running. I have been requesting someone look at my pool water chemistry for weeks now and I keep getting a response that someone has been scheduled. They will not give me a date or an ETA for my water to be balanced properly. You can see my Chlorine is wildly high, my alkalinity is 0 and my PH is off the charts. My pool smells like chlorine, burns to swim in, and I am afraid my equipment will be damaged.

Gonzales and Cua are a great friendly, professional and they are always letting you know when they are on the way, when they have arrived, and give you photos of their work. Gonzales is my tech and he always does an excellent job. They always get back with you when you have a problem and are fair in price. They are an excellent company and I give them 10 stars. Patsy

I signed up for the CUA pool service several months ago, and I find it to be most valuable. It replaced my old analog timers. The pool system is now fully automated, and I couldn’t be happier. From automated chemical balancing, to being able to see current and historical ph balances. The system direct injects the chemicals itself. This saves me from having to manually do any of the work, and it balances daily. It also only uses the right amount of chemicals, so it’s more efficient than manual. This system has saved me significant time, money, and frustration from manually doing the work myself. The pool is always the clearest it can be. I have not had any algae issues since installing. I highly recommend this system to anyone new or experienced. It has made a completely hands off pool experience. The only thing I have to do is just worry about when is the next time I want to jump in the pool. Highly recommend CUA.

If you live in Denton area, Do NOT call these people. You will regret it!!! Horrible customer service. I spoke to Isaiah (customer service) and did not care. My pool has been down over a month. I have cancelled service with them and they said will take about 15-20 days to have someone to pick up their equipment.

I've been really impressed with the service provided by CUA Pools at our apartment complex. Their team was prompt, professional, and thorough in maintaining our pool facilities. They took the time to explain their process and ensured everything was safe and sparkling clean. Do not use this company for your pool. I was a CUA customer for about two years for their service that auto-fed chemicals into my pool and remotely monitored the balance along with an app for my phone to see it. That remote monitoring phone app stopped working not longer after I started and never came back. I terminated my service with CUA after a two week long effort to get them to send me a quote for repairs they identified as part of a service call. CUA told me I needed a new actuator for my spa and to blow the line out for my Polaris water line as the cleaner would no longer move around the pool. I texted and called CUA almost daily after several days went by with no followup quote for the work. Their customer service fell off an absolute cliff for no apparent reason. They never once answered the phone, and Isaiah at one point gave me the number to call some guy for my quote. No surprise that guy didn't respond to texts or answer his phone. I sat on hold waiting to get anyone at CUA to pick up the phone multiple times for 20+ miinutes for an entire week. I can only assume at some point they were screening my calls. I never did get a quote from them and let them know I'd start looking for another pool company if they didn't get me a quote within a couple of days. No response other than they would "escalate to management" which doesn't result in anything. Here's where it gets worse. I found another pool company to come out and take over the service. They confirmed the actuator wasn't bad and was working fine. The Polaris issue was a simple fix of a connector needing to be replaced on the hose that connects to the wall, and CUA completely missed this somehow and was lining me up to pay for a line blowout that wasn't necessary. The new pool company also found that my cyanuric acid was over 300. The chemistry in my pool was so bad that chemicals wouldn't have been able to fix it. We've had to drain my pool and start over again from square one with the chemical balancing because CUA wasn't doing their job. Their system that autofeeds chemicals into the pool I assume is responsible for this, and who knows if CUA was even testing the water. It could have been months that the pool chemistry was locked up and I wouldn't have realized it without having some other company come in to look at it. After terminating service with CUA and finding out that my pool chemistry was ruined, I messaged them to let them know. Not a single response or apology for completely failing at what they were hired to do. I can only guess at how many other customers are unaware of just how poorly they're managing their customers' pools. So I'm having to spend several hundred dollars to undo the damage that CUA's negligence has caused. Find literally any other company to service your pool.
