Leslie's has most of your needs from pumps to pool rakes. Great service from the staff. Also included is a onsite repair shop. Prices are reasonable.

I just returned some items that I bought with cash a few days ago. I was told by the "general manager" David that I would have to wait to receive a corporate check in 10 days. Their refund policy says if the purchase was over $100, it would require a corporate check. My purchase was under $100. DAVID was very unprofessional and RUDE to me. He had a dirty look and tone with me as soon as I walked into the store with a bag. I will NEVER return to this store because of HIM. I would NOT recommend this store to anyone.

I don't go here very often... usually if Gohlke doesn't have something I need and I can't wait to order it online. Employees have always been helpful and courteous. Prices are too high and it just has that "corporate" feel. Gohlke seems to have a better inventory of repair parts, at least based on my experience.

I always get the worse service from this store, I end up walking out without buying a product. But this is the only pool store in town that sell pool parts. I went in Saturday around 11am for an on/off plumping valve to put on our pool filter. When I walked in there were customers at the counter so I waited around the store to ask my question. There was on employee that came to me and asked if I needed help, I told him what I needed and he said to wait for the people at the register. After seeing there was one last customer at the register, I walked up to the side of the two guys at the register to wait. When the customer left, instead of helping me, the guys decided to hold a conversation that went on for a long time while I was standing there probably 6 ft away. They definitely noticed me. One finally asked me if he could help, while I was explaining I was pulling a picture of my filter up. Before he saw the picture he said, "we do not have that type of valve for your above ground pool filter". Then he saw the picture of my filter and he said "oh you don't have a small filter, I just assume you had a small filter". Why did he assume that? I never told him what type of pool, the size or anything about the pool or filter before he told me they did not have the part. He did eventually show me the part but by that time I already felt he did not want to service me. I would rather order from Amazon.
