Above and beyond service!!! Old school way of treating customers. Caring, considerate, trustworthy and over all exceptional service! Came in with a large order of chemicals thinking I needed to spend all this money to get my pool back on track. instead they came out and saw I had a small issue with my chlorinator. Not only fixed it on the spot but also treated my pool and got it to where I only need to service my pool once a week instead of every day like I have been doing for months! So thankful for them because they really care and they truly saved me hundreds of dollars! A new customer that will be loyal for life!

We use Pinch a Penny for all of our pool service. The prices are fair and reasonable. The service is prompt and professional. Chris in particular is extremely knowledgeable, shows up promptly and has been able to solve any problem, getting our pool up and running quickly. I wholeheartedly recommend this company and especially Chris for all your pool service and repairs.

I would like to tell you what an amazing employee Chris is. My Husband and I owned a business for 47 years and know customer satisfaction is very important to returning customers!!! Long story short …I have had a T-Cell problem for over 6 months that no one could solve. After many attempts to fix it no one could !!! Then came Chris, we talked we tried things he was patient and listened and never acted like he knew everything…bc you just can’t…right? After months of trying different things and looking where we had looked bf …he found the problem, a wire that had probably never been connected at all but was bunched up where you couldn’t see it !!! So today he came and put the new T-cell on and I’m a very happy customer!!! SIDE NOTE—Our business was car washes and I know wholesalers and people to install things for free for me (I’m now Widowed) and am on a fixed income …I researched and could have gotten the T-cell done for at least $300 less doing it on my own but bc CHRIS had worked SO HARD and was kind in doing so I decided to get y’all to do it !!! We bring our pool water here for a free test frequently. The staff is so kind and ready to help whenever needed. They’re also great with my young kids, which is a huge blessing when trying to run errands with 3 littles.

We have now scheduled 5 appointments with Pinch A Penny Pool Service for the same service issue. The first two with Chris, the item in question was clearly not examined throughly. Twice more with Chris and he was a no call no show both times. Called the store and spoke with Brian who assured us of meeting another appointment date. Again, no call no show. I’m not sure if their service is contracted out or if it’s handled in house, but I am sure that our service and parts will be purchased elsewhere.
