Eden Pools showed right on time. Jake was a very professional technician who cleaned my pool perfectly. The price was very fair. I will definitely call on them again and give them my highest recommendation.

I've had Eden Pools servicing my pool for several years and I'm so happy with their service. Cleaning the pool myself was exhausting and hurt my back. The pool always looks beautiful and their fee includes chlorine tablets which is wonderful. Call them today !!!

I'd give them zero if I could. They may be good with cleaning ( i dont know) but when it comes to repairs, they are awful. Zero communication, they basically told (not asked) me when. they were coming with an 8 hour window Fellow that answers the phone knows absolutely nothing.. service man pulled into my driveway like he lived there...how rude! Ordered the wrong part 3 times...but blamed it on Hayward who mailed the items to them....and after all of that, told the warranty company that I needed a whole NEW pool heater....really??? And still did not call or communicate with me at all. So unprofessional. Don't use them !! And I usually never give bad reviews...but i had to do this.

Jacob at Eden pools has been my pool tech for years. He is always prompt, courteous and efficient. Eden Pools always goes the extra mile to provide the finest service in the Houston area. I give Eden Pools my highest recommendation for all your pool maintenance needs.

Very dishonest company. Had pool pump motor installed and paid for parts and labor. They then charged me a separate service/visit charge of $135 days later to a credit card I had not used there in over a year. No service/visit was completed on the date of the charge, furthermore I was told there would not be a service/visit charge since I paid for the pump motor and installation fee. The pump motor they installed was too small for the pump and did not function properly and they charged me a restocking fee to return it. I visited the store to talk about the issue and 3 employees would not acknowledge the invalid charge and instead showed me the door.

UPDATE - Eden reached out to me and corrected the issue. I really appreciate the time they took to followup, look into the issue, and correct it. I will be doing business with them in the future. I am not changing my review from 4 to 5 stars. Great work and service. My only complaint is that I spent $1k getting my spa fixed properly. When I turned it on it said I needed to contact a technician. So they wanted $85 to come back and look at it, which I denied because I had paid $1k to get it fixed. Turns out they came out and restarted the sensor and it was working great. HOWEVER, I looked at my card and they had charged it without my permission. They used my payment information on file to charge it without my permission. When I contacted them the front office guy literally said "well you gave us your payment information, so.." In other words - great service, I just can’t trust them again until they reach out and address this major trust issue. I hate to write this but I feel the need to let people know. I hope they read this and they contact me soon to address this issue.

I rarely need pool help but when I do, I always call Eden! Joe (pool tech) is a great teacher and has helped us learn and grow as pool owners over the past 3 years. I’ve called so many other pool companies when our pool breaks beyond our repair and they never get back to me! (this time was Texan pools…still no response from them) Joe has already been out today and my pool is running again! You can trust Eden pools!
