What a terrible experience I just had with Courtney! I've been coming here for years and normally deal with someone else but when I came in a lady was finishing up checking out and I set my pool sample right beside her items accidentally while I was waiting. I then got a phone call and I noticed my pool sample was gone and I stopped the lady and apologized to her that maybe she had picked it up and put it in her bag and she looked it was not there. I then looked at Courtney and I said that's just my sample whenever you have a minute and she very rudely said I'm working on it already. I brush it off as you never know what someone else is dealing with but when my phone call was over she sneezed and myself nor the customer said anything and she throws her arms up and say thank y'all for excusing me! Myself nor the customer took it as a joke and I told her that she was acting very rude and not to be entitled. I politely told her that she was rude when responding about my pool sample and then I left it at that. After a moment of silence I could tell this girl is really having a bad day so I try to apologize if I was rude, she thanked me for my sample and the apology then told me to get out of her store! I told her thats not how you should treat a customer, especially if they're trying to apologize and she told me she doesn't care. My ticket number is 94105 5:19 pm.

Always helpful staff. Can be kind of slammed in there, be prepared for a wait. Prices are kinda high, but as far as pool chemicals...you get what you pay for usually.

Great store, awesome employees, and very convenient location. They will check you water with extremely high accuracy.
