Cia was outstanding. OMG finally someone who cares about helping. Leslie's needs to find a way to clone her care factor because its rare. This was first time Ive ever met her and she was great and solved my issue.

The store opens an hour earlier than the other stores. Dealt with Meagan. She knew her stuff and was very friendly. She didn’t just read the print off. I had a decently complex chemistry issue and she knew stuff right off the top of her head. I will definitely go back here.

This is the best store in Spring/woodlands area. The staff is so caring and knowledgeable. Every question I ever ask there are so thorough in their response. You can tell the employees and management take pride in their work.

I called about a price quote on a special item. The sales team member at this location went above and beyond to help me. He remembered my name when I called back a few days later. The item that I tried to purchase was no longer available in the 50lb bulk container, so he price-matched the smaller containers to guarantee I paid less. He placed a special order to have it shipped to the store, and he contacted me directly when the order arrived. He even offered to help load the materials into my truck. Professional, friendly attitude that consumers can trust. Excellent customer service! The other staff members were also very friendly and eager to help. I highly recommend this location.

I always liked the pool supply. The employees are always helpful and help me carry out heavy items. They also do some repairs and it seems very reasonable. They keep my Polaris floor vacuum working. And that takes a lot to do to keep it working. I have been to Leslie's many times and will go back again. I highly recommend this to anyone. If you like my reviews please give me a thumbs up. If you check the chlorine prices divide the pounds you get by the dollars. You can always find the best deal. and if you buy chlorine make sure you store it outside. Do not put it in your garage it will make things rust. Just look around the Leslie store and you'll see the cash registers and shelves are all resting. But I don't think it hurts you to breathe it. As long as it's in an open area.

Sign on the door clearly states that they open at 9am. So why do I wait around until 9:30 for someone to open the door? Answer, I don’t. I start calling competitors to see if they are open. I work for a management company and personally handle multiple properties. This is bad business. The owner can’t make money if the doors are locked and I won’t show up again if you are unreliable.
