They have refused to accept any responsibility for what appears to be faulty installation or defective pool equipment. I am not seeking compensation; rather, I want other consumers to be aware of my experience. After spending over $16,000 with this company, they declined to honor or replace a component that had less than six hours of total use. In my view, this reflects a concerning lack of accountability from a business that promotes decades of experience.

Hands down the best pool supply store around. The prices are always fair, the service is on point, and the owner treats you like more than just a customer. Years ago, when I was out on a union strike, he wouldn’t even take my money—just wanted to help. That kind of heart and loyalty says everything. He’s a class act. I’ll even overlook the fact that he’s a Jets fan... Go Bills! 😄

Over- priced. They charged double the amount for the filter. I didn’t have the filter part number so I had to order with them. Later checked on Amazon the price was half

Originally had agreed to come at 4PM to fix piping in the pool. Took advantage of the language barrier and took us for granted didn’t show up until 7PM expecting us to be okay with it after not answering the phone after numerous calls. BAD BUSINESS. STAY AWAY. Their good reviews are clearly made up by people who know them on a personal level not business.

Unprofessional and wasted my parents time. I had to stop my whole day and wait for them to come and do a job that they kept misquoting my parents for. Just because there was a language barrier it doesn’t mean that you get to show up whenever you want. THE JOB WAS NOT DONE but you want to charge 175 just to come look. Then the day of You want to show up almost 3 hours later with absolutely no communication with your customer? And when you finally show up you leave like it’s nothing ? Not even apologize for wasting someone’s time. The whole construction for my house needs to stop because of you. THANK YOU

These guys are pros. Our build up pool had so much algae built up and they gave us clear instructions on how to deal with them. Within 24 hours the blue was beautifully blue again. Thank you!
