Purchased hotsprings hotspot SX from Lou. They have a great team. I had a difficult install. They completeld the job with ease. Don't bother going to NJ for a spa. Great deals in Staten Island. Thanks again 👍

The absolute worst company and owner to deal with. Installed a new liner . Its leaking. They refuse to come back or take responsibility. The owner could not be more unprofessional. Does not follow the laws in regard to licenses, contracts , etc. He will soon learn a lesson from The dept of consumer affairs on how to run his crummie business.

Great staff, very friendly and go out of their way to help you. But their products are of very low quality. And a very poor assortment. I bought hoses 1,5" by 6’ long to connect the pool to the pump and was very disappointed, they are leaking. I went to them more than once, they replaced it three times and the result is the same .... where the corrugated hose connects to the rubber connection, it is badly glued…

Pool water looked great when I went here to have the water tested before I swam. Just wanted to have them check it out. Kid told me my alkalinity was low. Kid that worked here sold me "total alkalinity" told me to put the whole thing in and shock the pool. Well I did and it made my water lime green. Went back the next day only to be told they never saw this before. Total inexperience of this kid cost me more money in chemicals and lost time using my pool. I would not recommend taking pool advice from these people. Buying equipment and products is one thing but inexperienced teens should NOT give pool chemical advice. Not only is it costly but could be dangerous for the customer using the chemicals. Very disappointed and dissatisfied.

If you are delivering here in a tractor trailer. Be there the night before. Very tight if comes in during the day. I gave them a 5 star very prompt and quick
