Highly recommend Joe and Zac at the South County location! I needed a new locking electrical plug on my Blue Torrent above ground pool pump that I had purchased at Pool King two years ago. Our electrical box melted (!) the plug, so I was unsure if the pump even worked anymore. Joe pointed me in the right direction to buy a new plug, and when I returned with the plug I purchased, Joe and Zac had already tested my pump for me! (It works, yay!) They put on the new plug for me, then noticed I was missing the drain plug, which I didn't realize. Thanks to them, I left the store with a repaired electrical plug, and a 2-pack of drain plugs, saving me an extra trip. These guys are great!

We just purchased a new filter, and and a new liner from Pool King in south county, and it couldn't have been easier. Sara was super helpful figuring out the right size filter, and which liner (plus coping and gaskets) we needed. She answered all my questions with confidence and expertise. Once we paid, everyone in the store helped load everything in the back of my suv. Great customer service!

We recently purchased a 15 foot above ground pool from Pool King (South County). We worked with Zac and he answered every question with a knowledgeable answer. We had to replace our existing pool and also ensure it fits our existing deck. The third-party installers were very professional and knowledgeable. We have been going to Pool King for several years now, so when we decided to replace our existing pool, it was a no-brainer. Highly recommend!

My dad recently purchased a pool to replace his damaged by a fire and storm. The salesman at the south county location was extremely kind and helpful with us and our unique situation.

I started going to the South County Pool King about nine years ago. I was super panicked about tending to a 20-ft above-ground pool that came with that came with the house we purchased. All these years, I would come into the store with problems and leave with solutions. The week before last, I brought in my broken barrel filter valve control mechanism, and Zac was able to remove the old one and put a replacement for it very quickly. When I reinstalled the controller mechanism on the filter, it worked perfectly. I highly recommend this team.

I purchased an above ground Adventure pool from the South County location. Zac was a huge help in everything from beginning to end. After purchasing I’ve had many questions that he got back to me asap on and he showed me how to work the new equipment. Very happy with my purchase and great service was provided.
