Darryl is absolutely amazing! He goes above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. Even when he's helping multiple people at once, he takes the time to stop what he's’s doing and make sure everyone feels acknowledged and taken care of. His professionalism really stands out, especially through his excellent eye contact and attentive communication. Darryl is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and courteous, and he makes every interaction a positive experience. It's clear that he genuinely cares about helping people and providing the best service possible. Absolute 10/10 customer service—I couldn't recommend him more highly!

Zero stars here. The bigger gentleman with the cocky attitude was extremely rude and we will never go back there.

Well that might be the last time I visit this store. Went to get a new net and some power or liquid chlorine. Asked the clerk sitting on a chair behind the counter where I would fine it he goes on to point to the one side or corner of the took and says it's over there. I walked over could not fine it knowing he cut my search down the about 25% of the store based on the way his finger was pointing. He never got off his chair or was doing any kind of work what so ever. So I said forget it I'm not spending any money here took my kids and we moved on to the next pool store

As their system was down today and everything had to be done by hand they still continued to train the new employee with several people in line. It took us 30 minutes to check out. While the manager was eating her taco bell

I have been getting emails all week about chemical sale so when I went today for purchase I didn't get the 20 percent off because the girl working said I needed some number even after showing her my email. You need to quit sending emails if you are not going to honor the sale. Kind of false advertising
