Worst customer service I have ever received. Andy is dismissive, condescending and genuinely doesn’t care about the customer. I have had countless issues over the last couple years with St. Charles Pool and Spa opening/closing my pool as well as no weekly maintenance. Very half ass job with the closing causing numerous issues opening in the spring. Pushed the opening back several times this past spring, and left with it pond green colored and told me to shock it. Pics are from day they opened to 4 days after and they refused to come back to get it right. Every time I call to get them to come back to fix their errors, Andy tells me 10 different excuses and ends up saying it is my fault. The only thing they’re good at is racking up the chemical charges every week and billing the customer. Do yourself a favor, never use these clowns. It will end up costing you so much more in the end as they have no clue what they’re doing and send incompetent people out to do the job causing $1000s in damage that they won’t fix.

We got a covid pool installed by Eddie Edmondson. Avoid this pool builder at all costs. A friend recommended St Charles Pool and Spa. They have opened and closed our pool ever since. These guys are awesome. I can't say enough good things about Andy and his staff. These guys are top notch. Don't go anywhere else. Worth the drive.

I called them to ask about our sand filter and Andy gave us solid advice saving us time and money! We appreciate their help.

Chris and his crew got our pool going today for the season! It’s our first time with a pool and they were all so friendly, knowledgeable, and answered every question we had! They took extra care for us double checking everything and fixed some minor things, and told us what to keep tabs on! They even did a full salt water install and got the pool cleaned and ready to go! We were so happy with the crew and they went above and beyond! We are happy we found a good pool company to use for supplies, maintenance, and anything we might need! Highly recommend!

Definitely recommend checking out if you are in the need for anything pool related or need your pool water tested. They have a great selection of everything amd the entire staff is very knowledgeable. They will spend the time you need to get you the information you need. They also service what they sell. 100% purchase from them rather than buying online.

St. Charles Pool and Spa is a family run business. Well run, very professional and friendly staff, and they have never tried to push me toward things that aren't necessary. They have walked me through how to open our own pool rather than pushing me to use them for that service, which I truly appreciate! They closed our pool for the first time last year and made sure we understood what they were doing and where they stored things we would need for re-opening. They are very realistic when advising about parts - very up front when the most expensive part isn't actually the best one or necessary and why. They also fixed our robot vacuum and literally took it apart and showed me why the issue occurred, so that we could avoid the issue in the future. It's refreshing to find a place that is run with integrity! Excellent service all around at this place!

The BEST St Charles Pool and Spa Store (& Repair that offers opening of pools) - In the St Charles area. Came in with a pool pump issue and helped me every step of the way and offered a variety of solutions and money saving options as well. 110% would recommend for pool and spa needs! Side note: The phones are really busy over the summer times, don’t take it out on them. They are trying to help as many people as possible, if it’s urgent I recommend going in
