Finally had my fill, I’ve been to this location several times and sadly I run into James more often than I’d like. First two interactions filled with attitude and unprofessionalism I brushed it off as "maybe he was having a bad day" but no he is just a rude person that shouldn’t be anywhere near customer service. Word of advice if you hate your job badly enough to be this vocal about it then find a new job customers don’t want to hear about how bad the other manager is or how you just hate working there.

Backing up on dock a bit struggling But not impossible Just take your time Loading / unloading time depends upon how much they are busy by the time Overall they are nice people

It’s unfortunate that you can’t get them on the phone. It would’ve saved me going there to find out they can’t help anyone who hasn’t registered as a contractor or pool cleaner with them. I’m sure they’re great if they’ll let you do business with them

Don't bother trying to call the number they have listed on their Google page they won't answer none of the departments tried every one of them several times even the manager they don't return calls they don't answer calls seems like they're out of business

2.5 hours to unload 8 pallets, trailer was left a complete mess inside

Overnight Semi truck parking is allowed at this location. Plenty of space
