Terrific local business. John at the store LISTENS to you when you come in, and finds the solutions to your issues, even if he doesn't sell you anything. The install and repair crews (Eric and Evan for pools, Chip for spas) are first rate professionals, courteous and knowledgeable, and communicate clearly during every part of the process. I have done a couple repairs to my spa and am completing a major upgrade to all my pool equipment, and have followed the advice and recommendations of John and his crew throughout it all. I bought almost all my equipment at the store, and am happy to do it, because the prices are competitive on all the name brands. All you bargain people wanting to squeeze the last nickel out of everything thinking you are getting a "deal," you go ahead and do that. But I went in to this shop looking to pay good money for excellence in equipment and service, and I found it. If you have a pool or spa, and want them to be outstanding, you should have a look, too.

This place is a must-have in your life if you are a pool owner or maintain pools for a living. Absolutely expert service and deep knowledge of all things pool related. Friendly service is the cherry on top.

The gentleman over the phone was extremely helpful in giving us some excellent advice about our filtration system and pointed us in the right direction as to where we could go to find what we needed. Top-notch customer service via phone!!!! ....We will definitely visit this store for other equipment we may need.

I am really glad I found this shop. They helped me determine what was needed to maintain my swim spa and cleared up my confusion about specific chemicals. The best part of my experience was that I was given a sample tube to bring in a water sample to the store. They can test your spa/pool water and recommend the exact products needed to maintain it properly. I would highly recommend 365 Pool & Spa and will be returning!

This was my first visit to 365 Pool & Spa LLC, and I’m glad I made the drive. They were the only store that had the parts I needed for my Dolphin Nautilus CC Supreme pool vacuum. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable — I felt right at home and even spent time chatting about pool care and getting great advice. It’s also good to know they are an authorized warranty center for Maytronics vacuums. I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!
