Been coming here for about the last 15 yrs give or take. Danny and Raul know their stuff. As well as the other counter crew. But Danny and Raul help out in ways that make your job so much smoother. If the part is not at this locale, not to worry, there are 2 more nearby and one more up in New Braunfels. Yes, it's not open to the general public and they close shop too early but overall this store is great.

Great service. Knowledgeable people. Danny will stop whatever he is doing to assist one. Danny is very knowledgeable and he gives great advice. When I don't know something, and I need assistance at the counter, Raul is very knowledgeable, and like Danny, he will go the extra mile.

As a veteran business owner I am extremely disappointed in the interaction I just had there trying to open up a business account with them. Brenda had a very strange, rude, and condescending attitude. It felt like for some reason, she was being discriminatory and it oddly felt like and interrogation session on my business rather than her providing me information on the process to successfully apply for an account. I would use discretion using this business as your whole sale supplier. -Ruben C.
