Leslie's Pool Supplies

I would like to commend Nicholas J for his exceptional service provided on Saturday, May 9th. It is truly encouraging to witness such a high standard of customer service.

I went in looking for information and they treated me like i had been doing business with them for years, I didn't get the guys name but it was a Sunday and he was the only one working in the store all i can say is he knew his business and i watched him with other customers and it was obvious he knows pools and all that goes with them. Great service.

This location is a little further from me, but seems more reliable then the store closer. I called ahead of time to make sure there was someone at the store and to make sure they could test my water (I am a new pool owner and still learning). The print out they give is so much better then my little testing strips. Nick was super friendly and helpful. He guided me through some of my issues and I was able to buy the chemicals there.

Been going to Leslie’s since 1995, been going to this location since 2013. Excellent customer service, they are well trained and know their stuff. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Leslie’s in general is good, but the guy that works here has never been very helpful. Mostly he is annoyed to be working and rude.

This store is great, Wes is very knowledgeable and always provides me with great service.

The February storm ruined the pool pump and other equipment and I called several different companies to get parts and/or new equipment and guess which company actually showed up...Leslie's. Today Kendall, a local supervisor personally installed a new pump and Polaris pump(?) and we finally have a working pool again. Huge thank you to Kendall for being reliable and displaying outstanding customer service. You have gained my business. Now I have to get to a Leslie's store to buy some product to clean up the pool.
