Had a pool emergency working for my apartment complex . Shawna (forgive me if I misspelled I am only a man lol) was more than helpful . Got all the information I need and even tho part was not in stock at her location (it was kind of a weird motor I must admit ) she pointed me at nearest location and hand wrote me the SKU to take with me . Great service with a smile . I know where to go to keep my pool well maintenanced . 10/10 will be bringing my business back .

I had encountered a difficulty with a product. We met resistence with the staff. I called and talked to the manager who was totally helpful. He was super courteous and was willing to be honorable, even if it was loss to him. In the end. I went back to the store to return the product and wound up getting important information about how to prevent algae in the pool when no one would be using it or maintaining it for a few weeks in the summer. As it turned out, the product I was returning wound up being the very thing I needed. I was so impressed with how he handled my "hitting a wall" with his staff. He won me over as a returning customer. I value his expertise. Other people I asked similar questions were all over the map on how to resolve it. Len was quick in response, knowledgeable and right to the point; very courteous. He answered several questions that were big in my mind and were confusing me. The advice I had been seeking was going to be costing me more work and money. Thank you Len!

The two staff members I have run into were really prompt and knowledgeable! Love using the Leslie’s Cellulose Fiber instead of DE. Pool chemicals and tools are pretty highly priced, but that’s very common with all brick and mortar (retail) pool stores. You’re paying for relatively good pool chemical quality, a knowledgeable salesperson, and convenience of same day supplies. They do their job well, even if it’s overpriced.

It is 9:12 on Saturday morning. I and several customers are waiting for them to open. Their posted hours are 9am - 7pm. I have a toddler at home and I am a nurse. I don’t have time to waste waiting on a drunk or otherwise irresponsible person to open the store late - if at all. I have to go home to help with my son. Time wasted. Terrible service. It is now 9:18.
