Today we visited this place for our pool maintenance. Mr. Charles assisted us very kindly. We would like to thank him for his patience and for clearly explaining how to use the products we purchased. We received excellent service. Thank you for the assistance—highly recommended!

I have never felt like I'm bothering the person who says he's the manager?? It happened twice. Never ever again!!!

I am a loyal customer with Leslie pool supply and when I go in store chip is nice and helpful but I gotta tell you the service outside is horrible. I needed my pool lamp replaced and the schedule to go last week and the tech his name is Scott lied and said that nobody was home with my son was there I called him to make sure.They rescheduled and they have me for today between 8 to 12 and I got a notification at 1:36 PM that he was on his way he still hasn’t showed up. There’s no way to reach him so I called the office. they told me that they’ll reach out to him. They called me back and they couldn’t get a hold of him. What do they expect? They want us to be home all day waiting. This is America. We have to work. We’re not retired. Very irresponsible of Scott.

Went in there last weekend and I didn't get the name of the older guy but he was just awful. Terrible customer service. So rude and short. Was not trying to help at all and seemed completely annoyed. I ended up returning everything I bought 2 days later just because of the negative experience. Amazon has the same items for half the price anyway.

Average experience. Good prices, but service and organization could be better

Upon entering the store, we were warmly welcomed by Assistant Manager Charles, who demonstrated remarkable courtesy and professionalism. His assistance made us feel highly valued as patrons of their establishment. The outstanding service provided by Assistant Manager Charles of Store Number 726 completely transformed our perception of the company in a positive manner. Not only did he ensure our satisfaction, but he also consistently delivered excellent service to previous customers, earning our highest commendation (A++).

Charles isn’t just your run-of-the-mill pool supply maestro—he’s a bona fide customer service wizard whose mere presence puts chlorine in the veins and a smile on everyone’s face. From the moment I stepped inside, it was obvious that Charles is the heartbeat of the place. Patrons breezed in, greeted him by name, and shared stories of pool triumphs and catastrophes alike, knowing Charles would sort them out with the patience of a Zen master and the ingenuity of a mad scientist. The shop could run on his reputation alone—he might as well wear a cape instead of a store apron.[1][2] Now, I walked in with a pool vacuum cleaner that looked like it had survived an underwater war with a very angry mop. Most would’ve told me gently to check the nearest landfill. Not Charles! Never pushy, always helpful—and somehow, his suggestions somehow make ordinary products sound like the missing piece to my backyard oasis. How does he do it?
