Amazing work installed. Installed a pool pump in less than a day. Miller in particular came back and helped us understand our pool vacuum and other aspects of the pool. Miller is the best person ever!!!! (The pictures of the pool only look murky because we use a vacuum and correctly but Miller showed us how to use it correctly)

I had a great experience at Pool Emporium! I went in seeking advice for a leak in my pool pump, and their team was quick to diagnose the issue accurately. They scheduled a repair appointment promptly, and the service was both polite and professional. The pricing was fair and a lot less than what I expected , making the whole process hassle-free. Highly recommend Pool Emporium for their expertise and excellent customer service!

Bought a replacement light for my pool, service was fine and ordered/delivered quickly but after I installed the light and turned it on smoke came out of the housing. Took casing apart to find out the bulb was smashed and was told it would be $140 to get a replacement as it had left the building it was no longer their problem! Too many pool places near by to ever have to worry about stepping into that store ever again!

POOL OWNERS BE CAREFUL. The older lady behind the counter got a major attitude problem. If you have a salt pool, go somewhere else because she'll give u wrong information. I went to 3 other pool stores after and my reading was accurate. She will definitely give u wrong information!!

Best place to go for anything pool/Spa related. I’ve been coming here for almost a year and this establishment has been nothing less than amazing! Best customer service you’ll ever find! The kind of customer service that you no longer see! Any issues, they’re willing to help and explain processes and save you money. They’re not a greedy company. They truly excel on customer service which has earned my business time and time again. I won’t go anywhere else. Thank you to all the staff at pool emporium for being exceptional kind and helpful at all times! UPDATE: 5/11/24 I CANNOT BOAST ABOUT THIS COMPANY ENOUGH! I am always so embarrassed to call because I ask so many questions BUT they’re always so pleasant and wanting/willing to help and teach!!! Amazing place and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
