12/29/25 - I’ve been a pool service customer for a while, and they missed my weekly service 3 weeks in a row and only provided text messages that "we were unable to complete your service today". No phone call. I had to text them before they called me to explain. The woman who works in the office is angry at life for some reason - she talked down to me, was very rude, and hung up on me. Would definitely NOT recommend!!

Best Pool Supply store out there!! They are always so helpful with their customer service and always respond in a timely manner! Never have had any issues with them, they are always very reliable and do a great job with my pool! Be sure to give them a call and support their family owned and Arizona local business!

Chris was amazing. Our pool got left without service for a couple months and turned green. I found Chris through a local pool company and he turned our pool back to clear and had us ready for my daughter’s birthday party within 5 days. He was also able to get our pool heater going and all at a reasonable price! He save my 11 year olds party. Thank you Chris!

Purchased a robot pool vacuum from them and it has been working great for my pool. Not only did they price match it for me but they delivered it themselves to my door!
