My husband and I first met Don (Dawg Stanley) in 2005. We purchased our home, has inground swimming pool. Dawg had serviced previous owner so we chose him also to help us . He taught my husband Dave Frantz how to open, close our pool, and guided him on chemicals. My husband passed away october 2025. I made the decision to learn from Dawg how to take care of our pool for our kids and grandkids to continue to enjoy. Dawg really cares about his customers , and he takes care of his people. When I go to D&L shop for chemicals or advice they treat folks like family just like Dawg, and very knowledgeable on any issue with pools. You couldn't ask for better support team 👏 💙 Not man businesses these days treat their customers like family. Im proud to have them as part of my family for 21 years! Sincerely Mrs. Frantz.

I love them. They open and close my pool every year. They know what they are talking about. When I do get stumped with my pool, they can always help!

Employee threw out garbage from the company van onto War Memorial in Peoria. Don’t patronize this littering business. See video evidence. :08 mark, zoom in on driver’s side window - hand emerges and drops litter, clear as day.

Do not recommend this company. They damaged our hot tub, put a hole in the side of it, didn’t even fix the issue, and they still want to charge us even they damaged our brand new hot tub, AND didn’t even fix the issue? Again, I do not recommend this company. To the owners who responded to my comment: You did not deliver a hot tub to us. You were there to repair it, and you did not. Your technician or whomever was there working put a hole in our brand new hot tub from Great Escape for no reason at all, and then did not even fix our issue, AND then charged us. This is 100% YOUR company that I am writing this review about.

I would like to thank D and L Pools, Inc. I took on the task of restoring and maintaining a very large pool two years ago. It was nothing short of a frog pond when I first removed the cover. So began the complete restoration project. Everything from the complete painting of the pool to rebuilding the filter and pump system. Even a lesson on water chemistry. I had absolutely zero experience with a pool. Now I operate and maintain a 33,000 gallon commercial pool and it wouldn't have been possible without the excellent service and knowledge of Toby Chapman from D and L Pools, Inc. Keep up the fantastic work.

If ANYTHING wrong with your pool, they know what to do. They also have all you need to get it back on track. Happy swimming!

Maybe they are better at pools? Would not dream of purchasing a hot tub from them again and will never buy another Aspen Spas tub. Installed mid May and we're on our 3rd replacement display that you control the tub with and it's mid July. Update 8/1/22...3rd replacement display/top side installed 7/21, Tom with D and L came today to replace the spa pack to hopefully stop all the issues we've had and instead left us with only one working jet. He clearly didn't test anything before leaving or give us the chance to make sure it was working before he left.
