A wonderful husband and wife team, been going there for years now. Oliver and Diana are irreplaceable, and you got to love being greeted by that gentle sweet giant that is Jackson their dog.. Where else can you get the owners to greet you by name? They make each visit effortless and feel that I’m genuinely cared for. I wish people would understand what it means to run a small business today, in a world where the shopping and service experience are practically nonexistent. Thank you guys for making my life a little easier.

The owners are so kind and always greet you by name. I am always grateful for the service with a smile. They have a sweet dog named "Jackson" that hangs out to greet the customers as well. I would recommend to everyone who is needing a pool supply store to definitely go visit their store. You would not be disappointed!!!

I discovered Gardens Pool Supply about a year ago when the Donald Ross bridge was closed. It's the Holy Grail of pool stores and the couple that run it are pool whisperers. They always remember my name and that embarrasses me since I forget theirs, but in spite of that, my pool has never looked better under their guidance and I actually enjoy my visits there..

17 dollars for a bag of salt. It was dirty! Left a cloud of debris. The salt is actually dark in color. Lowe’s gets 9 bucks for better quality! Never again.

Great little place. Quick in and out. Being new to pool maintenance, I used other place before but would definitely recommend gardens pool over other chain stores. Water sample testing and results in less than a minute and explanation of why what is what with the pool. No pushing of buying supplies for the pool (which is what got me off with other place). My neighbor has been going there for decades and I'm glad he recommended me to this place. Following their analysis, pool is cleaner and lasting clean.

Our pool heater broke and I called gardens pool supply to come fix the issue. Great customer service! They were out the next day and the heater is working again! Very fair priced and very friendly. Family owned business. Will definitely use them again and would highly recommend!!
