My husband and I recently had East Coast do a total renovation on our pool ... both Pedro and Bobby were our contact and they were excellent and detail oriented through the whole process. During the build phase they were on location several times a day and they closely supervised every step of the way .... the entire staff was highly experienced and professional as well! The customer service with this company is amazing ... response time is immediate and they provide quality, honesty, integrity , and craftsmanship. We had researched several pool companies and East Coast is no doubt the best pool company. As far as repairs, we have been using this company for 10 plus years and they respond immediately ... and are reliable and honest. Working with EC Pools has been one of the best experiences. From the time they started to the time they finished they were here everyday. Something you hardly Ever see anymore the owner, two supervisors were on site especially One of the supervisors was here almost everyday Bobby. Such a smart knowledge and kind person who goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable and very well informed. He answers all your questions, takes you to other properties to see a patio deck and pool already done instead of just trying to picture it in your mind and gives very helpful suggestions. Bobby at East Coast Pool Supply was hands down the best experience that my wife and I have ever had with a service provider at our home. Imagine that you decide to start your pool renovation including adding a spa, two tanning ledges, new pool surface, remove and replace pavers with marble decking, and all brand new pool equipment. Then imagine that you decide to start the work a few days after the beginning of January and now you are literally able to swim today, less than 83 days later. Bobby and his team at East Coast supply has impressed not only us, but our neighbors both on the street and throughout the community. Awesome experience from start to finish. Jon and Bobby kept in contact from start to finish, and did a fantastic job. Local company, run by locals. Trust is a big issue when picking a pool builder. The news seems to always run stories about shady companies that take your money and run. East Coast Pools is dependable, local, and always available to answer questions. Also very flexible with changes. We remodeled an entire home and added a pool. These guys were our best contractors by far. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
