Namco Pools

I recently purchased an above ground pool from Namco, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The store had a great selection, fair pricing, and everything was easy to navigate, both in-person and online. What really stood out, though, was the level of customer service—especially from Joe Radcliffe, who helped me with my purchase. Joe was knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly patient throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all my questions, walked me through the different pool options, and made sure I understood everything from installation to maintenance. There was never any pressure—just honest, helpful advice. That kind of attention is rare these days. Thanks to Joe and the team at Namco, we now have a beautiful pool that our family is enjoying all summer. I highly recommend Namco for anyone looking for quality products and outstanding customer service.

First time in Namco at Orange, CT. Nice size and very well supply shop. Good experience with Joe. He is polite and multitasking. Good asset for the store. The ride from Danbury was worth it !

I could not be more pleased with my experience with this company. Steve was extremely helpful in explaining the differences in the tubs and helping me pick out the style and color that I wanted. Overall amazing support even the delivery was a bit tricky because of the location but the guys were amazing and we made it work! Enjoying every minute!

Purchased an outdoor spa, supposed to be a floor model but new, when I got it, it was not new. It had dirty filters, a pump made 13 years ago, a unit manufactured 4 years ago and the electrical panel safety sticker was breached. I have no idea what games they wanted to play but this place is fishy as hell. When my wife stopped in person at the store, the salesman refused to come out, he was in an eternal "conference call". Buy somewhere else.

We were given the best customer service from beginning to end when we walked into Namco Pools. We were greeted by Steve and he helped us to find the perfect pool for our yard. His patience and knowledge was impressive and thorough. Although this year has been a sell out for pools Steve did his best to expedite our order. Even after we left Namco Steve maintained contact in keeping us updated on everything and answered any questions along the way. We coudn't be more pleased with our overall experience and our new pool!!!
