Went to counter with my chlorine to purchase and the man in front of me that was buying some pool contract that was going to be a while with a lot of questions. I waited patiently for over 5 minutes and the employee never acknowledged I was even there or said I'll be right with you. Needless to say I walked out.

Very knowledgeable and super friendly. Every staff member I've worked with has answered all of my questions and made sure I have the proper information to maintain my hot tub. Their free water testing service will always keep me going back and purchasing all my supplies for my hot tub at this store.

Walked in with plans to buy a new filter pump system for our pool. I was with my wife and our son. When we walked in there was one customer in the store with three employees all engaged in a conversation with him. About 30 seconds later another customer, who was known to at least one of the employees, walked in and was addressed and helped immediately. Meanwhile my wife and I were standing in front of the big pump display as our son was looking at inflatable rafts and bringing them to us to try to convince us to buy them. A couple other customers walked in and were helped as we stood there, without any of the three staff members even addressing u, acknowledging us, or saying "we'll be right with you." I took our kid outside to go on a walk after about 15 minutes. After 5 more minutes my wife came outside pissed off -- she had not been acknowledged. Bummer for Leslie's. We walked in prepared to buy a new pump -- somewhere in the rang of $900- $$1400, and walked out because you guys wouldn't even say hello. I hope this was an anomaly and not your normal brand of customer service, but as a new homeowner and pool owner in the neighborhood we won't be oing back to this crummy store.

These guys are great. They will analyze a sample of water and tell you exactly what you need. My pool has been perfect since I started to go there with just me maintaining the pool.

I purchased a pool pump from here and have had nothing but issues with it. It's been replaced 3 times now and just started leaking again. Takes forever to get anyone out (over 1 month) to check on it. Worst purchase ever!

The guys that work here are great. The head guy Don is the best. Knowledgeable, helpful, very friendly and always stocked up. They go that extra mile.

Really like the guy behind the counter. I think he was the owner. He took the time with me even though he got super busy and was super helpful.
