The Great Backyard Place

My boyfriend and I checked out three different hot tub stores in Knoxville before going to The Great Backyard Place. They had the best deals by far. Bill is an easy going salesman who isn’t pushy and lets you take your time. We told him we’d sleep on it, and when we got to the car I came right back inside because I knew this was the deal for me and didn’t want to wait. Yesterday my hot tub got delivered and I am obsessed. The delivery was extremely professional and a very personable delivery team. I could not be happier with my entire experience at The Great Backyard Place and how seamless the whole process was. Owning my own hot tub has been a lifelong dream of mine and now it’s finally real!

Great experience from start to finish. Samantha was extremely helpful when we decided to purchase a hot tub. We needed to come back and she was just as helpful providing information as the first time, to answer questions and help us a make a decision. Michael installed it quickly and did a wonderful job 👏 10/10 would recommend THE GREAT BACKYARD PLACE to anyone. I also highly recommend Wesco Electric for the setup. Father and son business that has integrity😀 👍

Sawyer in Repairs helped us out tremendously the week that our highly valued pool cleaning robot died and we were selling our house (including the robot) to new owners. Once I described our situation, Sawyer came up with a great solution to our problem that helped prevent yet another major purchase - we didn't have to replace the expensive robot, just repair it! We were so thankful that he was able to work us into his busy schedule and save us money! I'd recommend going to them any time you have a pool equipment problem and need help.

We had a lovely experience with Samantha! We were on the edge of making an investment for our patio, and she made the experience easy, fun, and delightful. We even got the reverse of a pattern we liked! HIGHLY recommend Samantha for all your outdoor needs (and these chairs).

If there was a way to give this gentleman at the Backyard Store In Knoxville more than five stars, I would, I live out of town and had several issues with my swim spa and I live four hours away, from the very beginning when I called Jonathan PINCHAK He was absolutely the most helpful person I had ever dealt with, even though he had never met me, several times I would call him and ask him something and he would get information to me back about my unit that I had here cause I cannot get any answers from my store where I live, he had nothing to gain except extremely wonderful customer service and you could tell he wanted to go way beyond what a lot of people would do to help me I would say that again, giving him five stars are not enough. I have dealt with people for 30 years in my business and I have never seen anyone with better customer service courtesy and willing to help someone just because they needed information but yet they did not buy the swim spa from them. We were told there was a 10 day installation. There was alot of rain and that of course set them back. I had to call to see when I might get my pool installed. I would've appreciated a call from them but was met with a rude response that it's been raining alot. I didn't call until day 15 and there had been several good days as well. The installation was terrible. The guys were unprofessional and I will only buy another product if the installation is by someone else. They left trash in my yard and didn't explain anything.

We could not be happier with our new hot tub! From the time we began our search to replace our old hot tub Bill Johnson at GBP assisted us with different types and styles. He found the perfect one and it is very amazing. The Premier Spa is powerful, deep relaxing seats and lot’s of additional jets. We could not be more satisfied with our purchase. The setup & delivery guys did a great job. They were on schedule, friendly, efficient & professional. Thank you for all your help in finding the right spa!
