Stopped in to have our pool water tested and the staff were very helpful and informative. The staff took their time to explain why certain products would work and others wouldn’t without trying to just sell us the most expensive product. They really do care about your experience and ensuring you are informed of best practices with realistic expectations. Their prices are competitive and we will be returning for all of our pool needs!

The pool was not installed as we requested. It was a replacement pool. It was 2 inches deeper then the pool we had previously. So they insured us It wouldn't be an issue to dig down so it would match up with the deck hight. They only removed the old sand and put down the new sand. Which we were instructed to order 9 ton, costing nearly $600. They only used about 5 ton, leaving us with approximately 4 ton to get rid o, not to mention the wasted money. Had to build up a portion of our deck approximately 7 inches to match the pool hight, due to them not digging down as promised. Now that the water is warm enough to actually get in the pool, we have discovered that the bottom is soft, where the sand was not packed properly. There were spots around the outside that were not even touching the ground and the installers fix for that was to just shovel some dirt up around it. I will never purchase another thing from this company nor will I ever recommend them to anyone else, in fact I will tell everyone I know to avoid them as well.

Jon Kane was excellent to work with. Very professional and made the process easy. He really wanted to make sure we were happy with our final decision. He spent a lot of time with us and was super helpful! Would highly recommend them for your future pool or spa needs.

We felt comfortable asking lots of questions. John and Ryan were kind and knowledgable. Although our hot tub has not been delivered yet, we do recommend making a stop here if you’re considering a spa purchase.
