I had a very disappointing experience at this store. The owner was rude and unprofessional, and communication felt dismissive rather than helpful. On top of that, the prices were significantly higher than similar stores, with no clear explanation or added value to justify the overcharge. What concerned me most was the limited knowledge of the products. Basic questions were either answered incorrectly or avoided altogether, which made it hard to trust the recommendations. Customer service and product knowledge are essential in this type of business, and unfortunately both were lacking here. I would not recommend this store and won’t be returning.

Harry's professional attitude towards customers is amazing. He will only advise you the right solution. Not the one thet is more profitable.

The best place to come and keep your pool clean, they have lots of acknowledged and we appreciate their help. I really recommend this place.

I was really frustrated because my pool was getting green by the day. The owner game me very clear instructions in how to clean it. Gave me the products I needed and even took the time to write step by step on the bottles. Now my pool is crystal clean again! He is the best in town!

Instead of helping customers, he engages in price gouging and tries to overcharge for basic products and services. On top of that, he does not seem to have proper product knowledge, which makes it very frustrating when you are simply looking for honest answers or guidance. A business that deals with people’s homes and pools should value customer service, but this place clearly does not. I would not recommend Valley Pool & Spa to anyone looking for fair pricing, professionalism, or reliable information.
