Leslie's Pool Supplies

The people in the store are great but as another review says, the service devision is horrible and a waste of money. I told the dispatcher on the phone before my appointment what the problem was and that for $110 for a person to look, it better get fixed for that, not including any repair parts of course. The guy shows while I'm at work and tells my wife exactly what I told them over the phone. Does no diagnostic work at all and then says we should just replace everything as its not worth repairing. I decided to do it myself and spent $66 on a part and downloaded a manual online. So about an hour of reading and fixing and barely more than half the cost of the service call and it's fixed. DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THESE CROOKS! The tech's guess to the problem wasn't even right. I would've spent $103 on the suggested part and another $110 for another service call that wouldn't have even fixed it. The people in the store as said are great but my service experience has ruined that for me.

Leslie's Pool Supplies is more expensive than other places, but I still go there because one of the employees (Warren) knows his stuff. He tests my water ever couple of weeks for free and if something's off helps me out with step-by-step instructions until it's on the money! So I buy a couple of products while I'm there during the process just to throw them a bone. Warren is great!

I came to the store in Temecula at 5pm, to find a sign ( to be back in 10 minutes. I waited for 20 minutes, then left. Had to quickly drive to other side of town to get supplies. This is very bad customer service. Thanks for wasting my time.

If there's no other reason than to visit this lovely lady, Store manager Jilian Moss, that is reason enough to go to this Leslie's Pool Supply. She is knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to do what it takes to find answers to your questions. Thank you, Jilian, for making it the easiest choice to go to your store for our pool needs.

Very friendly and efficient staff. I went in yesterday to have my pool water tested, they showed me the products I needed, and by this morning my pool water was crystal clear!

The sales guy tells me they don't make the product I'm looking for and sells me test strips that don't work. I stopped by Dolphin pool supply in Lake Elsinore and they sold me exactly what I needed. I think the guy didn't carry the product anymore and just sold me something, telling me it was the replacement product. I am very unhappy the the experience and will NEVER visit Leslie's again.
