⸻ After I drained my pool and basically prepared everything (this is my first full closing. I probably should’ve read the contract a little better.) The boys that opened that were so sweet they did everything for me everything I was charged $450 for putting the cover on my above-ground pool and adding chemicals, which I was fine with. They did put the black clips on, instead of the wire …but then I also paid each worker $20 in cash to go under my deck because I’m old Later I found an extra $50 charge on my bill for the same I also want them to put everything on the deck in the garage The pump

I love Zager's on Fuller St. Sonya and Chris are always willing to help you. They will spend time with you and help you with your pool/spa needs. They're always willing to help you carry things out to your car. I won't go anywhere else for my pool supplies.

Zagers has been awesome! We got our first hot tub this year, and they have been so helpful in getting us all set up. The staff people are great and remember us by name when we come in. Highly recommend!

I always felt comfortable buying the chemicals the staff recommended to open my pool. This time the gentleman who helped me didn't really know what he was talking about and I needed to tell him what I needed to buy. Went to the Hudsonville location a week later and the sales people were wonderful! One bad experience did not keep me from coming back. I won't go anywhere else for my pool supplies!

It has been a long time since I have owned a pool. The folks a Zagers go over and above. I shopped for over a year for a pool. The kind service from the people at Zagers is what helped me make my final decision. They are very helpful with any situation I find myself in with my pool and always help me resolve my problems. They are very patient with my repeated phone calls with questions. You will not go wrong choosing Zagers.

They use a contracted company to do pool setups and closedowns now, not their own people. It was a much worse experience having them close the pool down vs having it set up, they left hoses attached to pumps and filters and crudely duct taped the connections that were left open. For some reason they dumped all the sand out of our filter, just made a huge mess under the deck with green crystalline sand, and we have dogs who run around out back so it made the yard feel less safe. We called them to complain and they knocked 25% off their fee and said they knew it was an issue, but i feel like replacing all that sand and possibly other parts that were left connected to hoses all winter might end up costing us more in the long run. The store is fine enough but we use our own independent contractor and his pool team for our onsite pool care needs now, we dont trust the guys Zagers hires out to at all.

I highly recommend Zagers to all my family and friends. I drive fifty miles to the Fuller location, knowing I'll be getting the products and service I need to make the trip worth while! My choice of a five star rating is not there yet, because Zagers service department seriously needs improvement on their follow up procedures.
