Pools Plus Inc: Retail Store

We could not be happier with Pools Plus in Grand Rapids. They built our custom pool which is 55 feet long by 20 feet wide with a separate 10 by 10 deep end swim ledge and the final result exceeded every expectation we had. From start to finish the team stayed on schedule and they left the job site clean at the end of each day which is hard to find in any large project. What really impressed me was the communication. I was completely new to pools and Bryan our sales representative walked me through every step and made sure I understood all the options. Marcus the service manager has also been fantastic. He is responsive and always available whenever I have a question. Both are great to work with and made the entire process smooth and stress free. Pools Plus combines craftsmanship, reliability, and true customer service. If you are considering a pool project I highly recommend them.

Our pool hose had a few too many tiny holes, and we needed something last minute. Came into Pool Supplies Plus on Plainfield, and Tristan was helpful getting me the new hose and clamps needed, all in the nick of time before closing! Thank you!

From the the first to last person we worked with, all of them were very polite and helpful. Special thanks to Marcus the service manager. Every time I reached out including after hours, he was there to help with my concerns. I would have no problem recommending this company

I had a 2 star rating and it was based on customer service. Today I received a call from the Operations Manager, Adam who wanted to know my experience. I’ve dealt with this Pools Plus over 20 years and he wanted to know if I’d give them another chance. Very nice guy and we came to an agreement and I will try them again.

Alia was super helpful! She tested our water, and made sure we had everything to open the pool, and set us up with the chemicals and directions we needed to take care of our pool for the summer! The whole process was super easy, smooth, and efficient! 🙂
