Leslie's Pool Supplies

This used to be a great store when the two older gentlemen were the only two i ever saw there and running it. I was told i need to buy a $250 brand new piece for my pump when all i needed was a new o-ring that cost around $10!!!beware when the younger kids are working they will scam you! I feel i got this treatment because i not only questioned that didn’t make sense and proved him wrong but because i was a female. Not a good look for this store! The store on Val Vista & Warner where females work helped me that day and found the part i needed for me!

I bought a Polaris robot pool cleaner. Polaris has Leslie’s listed as pretty much the only authorized repair facility for their cleaners. About a year ago I had to take it in for service and it was at their store for two weeks before I was told that their tests show that nothing is wrong with it, but they can’t actually test it because they don’t have a pool. So I went and picked it up and my husband looked at it and found that there is a magnet under the switch that was rusted and it stopped it from engaging. So he replaced it, we used it for another year. It broke again. Took back to Leslie’s, they had it for about 4 days and they tell me it’s fixed and I can pick it up. Drive down there, they tell me that they replaced the engine block, bring it home and it does the exact same thing. Not sure why they are so bad there, but my warranty is now over so I can’t even try a new Leslie’s. It’s really irritating that people are not trained on how to do things properly.

Was looking for a bolt for my hayward filter and was told they had one that would work. Drove all the way there it would not work. 1 1/2 hours out of my day on mother's day

Great staff who know a lot about pools. They have been very helpful and given good advice that keeps our pool looking great year after year.

Don't shop here! Go somewhere else or get what you need on Amazon. This joke of a business definitely does not care about their customers and make it obvious that they don't need the business. The manager, Phillip, was not only not helpful, he wasn't knowledgeable and was extremely dismissive and rude. Amazon has better prices and less attitude. If you need help go to the Leslie store on Gilbert and Baseline.
