William was GREAT!! Tested our pool and helped us fix the problems with our pool that our pool company has been messing up for a YEAR!

Very helpful service for this catsitter who knows nothing about pool care! With Philip's help, I got the pool algae cleared up before my friend returned home!

All new pool equipment Installed. Had a small leak out of the filter side, but they came right back out and took care of it. Great job!

ZERO STARS. Patrick is quite literally the rudest person I’ve dealt with in years. He should not be anywhere around customers. And it wasn’t just me that he was rude to. Some other guy had walked in and he was extremely short with him. Who ever is running this store needs to step in and make some changes. This guy was supposedly the general manager too, which is absolutely insane. Zero stars. Will NEVER go back (and I’ve been going here for probably 20 years. No joke).

The associate that was working at the store, Blue, when I came to buy some chemicals was amazing. Blue was super helpful and I appreciated it so much!

William the sales associate is very helpful. We have been coming to this pool store for a couple of months. Whenever we have pool questions or maintenance he always gives us information and helps out.

Are pool water test machine was not working. I never had a problem with my visits before this one. I did have to prompt the employee to try to call another store or to that's on my way home at the house by 2 to get to him to see if there's machines were working. Seem like that you just been an offering I should have had to ask.
