Really helped me. The other blonde haired girl was nice at first but then when I got what I wanted she ripped it away and babbled something. I got what I wanted that's why I walked up to the counter to pay for it. That's the obvious. And she said no this is not what you want and grabbed something else. I hesitated and honestly she made it so uncomfortable. I picked out what I freaking wanted. And I'm the customer. I understand on paper she says that one product is better than the other. I don't care. She could've just advised me or something like that. and then while ringing it up I was trying to look at that product that she's forcing upon me and she started getting very irritated because I didn't run my card quickly enough. i've generally had good experiences here but I don't really like the whole control thing. I left a water sample for testing. I have the Leslie's app, so filled out the form and left my form and sample on the counter. They can test and post results to my account for my review. I didn't find results so I just called the store the next morning. Dave answered and said he didn't find my sample till 6:00pm. I ask if he ran the test and he said he couldn't test because it was more than 1 1/2 hours old. I will take my business elsewhere. There are several other pool stores in Fort Smith.
