Leslie's Pool Supplies

Gotta say these folks are good, nice, helpful, informative and informed. Been going here for about four years, they are willing to listen when you've read something half cocked online and when needed they offer suggestions to assist me down the rabbit hole without judging! Prices are reasonable, products are good and they stand behind what they carry well after its reasonable warranty time.

It was busy, and the counter guy admitted to being new at that location and to not knowing the store layout as well as he should, but handled everyone with patience (especially the guy two people ahead of me and his long list of needs) and excellent customer service.

First, they sold me the incorrect chemicals when we tried doing it ourselves. They then recommended a pool cleaning service company, ‘The Pool Guyz’ that does not have a business license number, no website, no recourse for the awful job they did. They replaced our pool pump and left an underground pipe unsealed and severed the circulation. When our pool became overrun with algae, they first tried telling me the filter was too small for the pool, the same filter Premiere Pools installed during construction of the pool. They charged me for new filters. Then when that didn’t work, they tried saying it was because we didn’t sweep our pool. We have an automatic pool sweep robot that runs everyday, plus I hand sweep the pool every other day and the algae builds right back up. Then they tried telling us it was because someone in the area must have fertilizers that floated through the air into our pool. All four neighbors have clean pools. We also never have had an algae problem before. They continued to deny any responsibility and then when the pool turned green again, they bounced, never to be seen again. WATCH OUT!!!

This review was edited. I thought this place was great at first, but I stand corrected. Bought several pool related devices from this place and they faulted shortly after… not only, but the after sales service is horrible. Save your time and money, and avoid this place.

Thanks so much to Misty at Folsom Leslie's pool. She went above and beyond to fix our pool sweep and she did it right away even though she was very busy. And the price was awesome. It's nice to have somebody with such excellent customer service. You rock!

Shout out to Alec (Mgr) I had a problem with my pool sweep. I brought it into Leslie’s located on Blue Ravine in Folsom, Ca. I broke the float on the pool sweep. (It was an accident) As soon as I walked in I heard, Can I help you? Alec the Manager greeted me with a smile. I showed him the pool float attached to the pool sweep.They had the part and Alec offered to fix it right there. The problem was that I didn’t bring in the pool sweep, just the part that broke off. Alec said, if you bring the pool sweep in without the hose I can replace the part. Yes, Yes I will be right back. I have always received excellent service from Leslie’s and today was no different. Thank you Alec I appreciate your dedication to your customer service skill. You’re the "Man"!

Had no clue what to buy when my old vacuum started failing. Noah and Teri were an excellent resource! I asked a lot of questions and paused a couple times to call my wife to decide on best option. We ultimately went with a robotic iteration which was a bit scary considering the price. However, the vacuum performed even better than expected…..well worth the spend. I appreciate all the time Teri and Noah spent while I made our decision. I was treated with respect and patience - Thank you two very much 👍🏾
