Our plaster and tile is almost finished and it looks awesome thanks to our supplier. I highly recommend using NPT for all of your pool supplies and needs. They have a very nice showroom and the service reps name is Jenni. She is awesome!

We hired a private contractor to replaster our pool and add a spa. Our contractor told us to check out npt for the material that this is where he would be purchasing it from. I was so overwhelmed by the options, so decided to make my way into the showroom. The only showroom close to me is a good 45 mins to an hour. I took the time to make the trip. Initially walking in store was clean and everything seemed to be on display nicely. The sales lady not so much. She greeted me from across the store and from the bat seemed bothered. She was not very helpful. Threw out the conversation there were several times I felt like she assumed I couldn’t afford the more expensive options. I ended up just grabbing a Catalog and leaving. Waste of time

I just can’t say enough about this store. I have been going crazy trying to figure out all the things I need picked out for my pool, my builder told me to go to NPT to browse. I walked in greeted by a gal named Jenni. She was amazing. She is super knowledgeable and has great advice on picking colors and tile. She made the entire process seamless and easy. I actually enjoyed it! She’s a great listener and knew exactly what products to direct to towards. If you need need anything pool related, this is your store and she is your girl! Fabulous customer service from Jenni. With the wide variety of pool material materials, the selection process can be a bit overwhelming. I explained the modern look we were going for and Jenni took the time to pick a few for us to choose from, which made the process much easier. We had a difficult time finding a double sided modern edge coping to complement the pool tile. Jenni took the time to call different suppliers to find the one that worked for us. She was so patient, knowledgeable and helpful. For a great experience, ask for Jenni. I can't thank her enough!

I wax helping an elderly neighbor select tile for a replaster job. Nothing big, no huge sale. First, I thought we needed to make an appointment to look at the tiles. So, I called and left two messages requesting an appointment. No return calls to schedule an appointment or letting me know an appointment was not necessary. Second, after some clarification by the plaster company we went to store and it was easy to find. Unfortunately, I felt we were imposing on the associates time. When we asked about standard tiles, we were told they were on one wall, and some were on another wall. Did they help by getting out of the chair and helping us find the standard tiles on the other wall? No. Finally, we were able to get some samples of the tiles chosen, and we left. I am sure they were very happy to get back in the chair and stream more videos.

Jenny at NPT was excellent! Just left the showroom feeling so educated and informed. Building a pool and having endless options for which waterline tile can be extremely overwhelming. Jenny was not only patient, but extremely sweet in making it a fun process for my husband and I. She is a true gem. NPT is lucky to have such a passionate and caring representative to help all of us who are going through all the emotions of this nerve-racking, but incredibly exciting time of picking out materials for our pool. Keep up the great work, Jenny! You are a superstar!
