I wanted to update my experience because Nejames made things right. After we had an issue with our pool filter not working properly, they came back out at no charge to assess the problem. They fixed the filter, and now it’s working beautifully—just like it did the first day it was installed. After seeing the difference, it became clear to me that the people who had been servicing our pool didn’t seem to know how to properly address the issue. The team at Nejames quickly diagnosed the problem and got everything working the way it should. Their knowledge and expertise really showed. I’m very grateful that they came back and resolved the issue. Ed Nejames was kind, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure we were happy. I truly got the impression that he wants people to enjoy their pools and isn’t just focused on making money. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and that they came back to make sure everything was working as it should. Thank you for making things right!

I want to thank and recognize Nejame and Sons for their outstanding service and dedication in all the times we needed repairs , pool supplies and other services. They have an outstanding staff that takes pride and professionalism in everything they do . A special shoutout to Bill Ellis and Christian who came out to us today ( Friday ) to repair our liner and pool slide . They were very courteous and respectful in the time they spent on our pool . You can see the passion and dedication they both have in their work. Highly recommended company .

My family hired Nejame & Sons to install a new in-ground pool. The entire experience, from the first consultation through the last inspection, was smooth, seamless and stress-free. The subcontractors they recommended for plumbing, electric & masonry work provided excellent service, communicated well with one another and did beautiful work. They were also better priced than competitors who I sought bids from. It was an absolute pleasure working with Tom Jr., Samantha, and Eddie and I look forward to working with them every year.

We had a great experience working with Najeme Pools. The entire team from excavation, maintenance, office, sales was professional and responsive. My wife and I worked closely with sales to come up with design/ layout and pool that made the most sense given our budget and preferences. The pool came out great and we would absolutely recommend using Najeme.
