I purchased a heater for my pool, I had to call for installation after my purchase. they gave me an appointment for installation almost a month away with a time frame of 12pm to 5pm on a Saturday . I received a call the day before to confirm my date and time which I agreed and stated I’ll be home waiting. Installation day came and went. no one called me to state if they were running late or if they could make it or not. I called the local office where I purchased the pool heater and she stated she will message the tech and have him call with his ETA. I didn’t receive a call nor a text.

We spoke with a representative who said the pool heater we wanted to buy should be purchased in the spring. When we wanted to buy it in the spring, they said they needed to have a consultant come by. Once the consultant came by, they approved it but the HEATER WAS OUT OF STOCK! Why couldn't we purchase it beforehand?? Along with high installation costs, it is well-worth it to go somewhere else.

Stay far away from ordering products online. It doesn’t even deserve 1 star. We purchased a jacuzzi filter and it came broken. It had to have been packaged broken because the box and foam was all intact. When we called customer service they said a customer care person would call us back in 2-3 days. Really?? I tried returning the damaged filter to the Danbury store and they inspected it, agreed it was broken and then decided to tell me they couldn’t return it at the store because it was damaged. Funny because their online site says it can be returned. Several calls later and now they are telling to return it to the store. What a joke!

This company and Mike the manager have been amazing to deal with. Scored an great deal on a pool heater (check for sales). Mike was more then accomdating getting the order complete. He also helped with a broken union fitting inside my pump. Talk about great customer service. Leslie pool earned a customer for life! Thank you guys!

Ordered chlorine online for in store pick up. Website told me I had the last one in stock. Received confirmation of the order. Then the order was cancelled. I called the 800 number. Was told that it was out of stock. Was also told that the hold on my credit card would remain for 5 to 7 days. I don't have a problem with them being out of stock. I do have a problem with the credit card hold when they failed to fulfill my order.

The folks at Leslie are great, open and transparent. They are always attentive, willing to help and knowledgeable. When they don't know something they say so. The store carries most everything I need, and its great to be able to get your water tested. Overall very good experience.
