Been going here for years, always with good service. Yes, you can get stuff potentially cheaper online, but it's nice to have someone double-check your chemicals, help troubleshoot water issues, and pick up things last minute for that pool party tomorrow!

Blue ash store staff are very friendly and nice. The customer service phone service is done by a 3rd party which clearly have no clue what’s going on, spend 20 mins on the phone being transferred to other "departments" then back to the same departments all the while no one can help. The service team member Troy is incredibly rude and unprofessional.

Leslie's Pool Supplies, Service & Repair, Kenwood rd Terrible service!!!!! The entire company doesn't hold any accountability for their service. My husband dropped off our old swimming pool cover to replace with a new one in May. They promised to give us a call in a week with estimated price for a cover and never did. It's already July and we're still awaiting for a phone call. I stopped several times at the store and GM acted like he doesn't know what' I'm talking about. They didn't put any information into the system, so they can't even track an order. How is that possible??? How do you operate??? I called to a main number and was on hold for one and a half hour...have been transferred from department to the department several time, but an issue still not resolved. Can anyone in this company can answer a phone and help us???????

Lea, Jordan, Eddie and Connor are excellent very good service very pleasant to work with and I will definitely be back and tell other people about the store

In the last few months on a few occasions I have called them during normal business hours several times throughout the day to confirm they have what I need, only to get NO answer. And I mean, calling back over and over throughout a few hour period. So I of course drive up there only to find they do not have what I need in stock. They never seem to have what I need in stock, and these aren't crazy things. I have a hot tub. There's only a few things that are needed. If you need chlorine, they got you covered. But if you need anything else, I'd recommend looking elsewhere unless you can get a human on the phone (rare) to confirm they have it, and even then, I'm not sure I'd believe them.

Thank you to Conner this morning at your blue ash location. He was very helpful and his product knowledge was amazing! Our pool is already starting to look better!! We will definitely be returning customers.

I ordered a part for my pool and paid in advance. I was told they would call me in 3 to 5 days. About 7 days later I called the store and was told they were "busy" and to "call back in 2 hours". I called back in 2 hours and no one picked up the phone. I headed down to the store and was third in line. I waited for approximately 15 - 20 minutes without any sort of acknowlegement of my presence, got frustrated and left. IF I ever finally get this part from Leslie's it will be the LAST time I ever patronize the store on Kenwood Road.
