I had a 9am appointment. I even called the day before to confirm appointment for delivery they told me yes it's confirm. I arrived at 845. They told me no we don't care about appointment it's when we can unload you it's now 1120 am and they just started and really slow. It's sad that we bring this company's their products and they dont care about drivers time. Think twice about getting a load coming here. And if you ask them how long they're going to take they get upset... Not again.

These guys never fail to provide excellent service. Even 5 minutes to close on Friday. They help me work hard by working hard. I will make money tonight because they aren't lazy. Worth the extra 6 bucks for shock. Thank you gentlemen!

Incorrect information/advice was given by an employee. This resulted in a product (heater) being installed which was not appropriate for the situation. The store allowed the heater to be returned but would not reimburse the labor cost for the installation and subsequent removal. If the correct information had been furnished when the first question was asked, it would have saved me over a thousand dollars and numerous phone calls. Very poor customer service in my opinion. Especially since the man who bought the heater does over $15,000 worth of business per year with this store.
