Estoy totalmente frustrado con esta empresa. First they quoted my wife $150 to clean our pool but failed to mention it was an hourly rate so it ended up costing $450 plus $350 for chemicals. This was yesterday and The tech asked if we wanted him to come back the next day at another $150 an hour and I declined due to the exorbitant price. When he ended the job, he assured us that all leaves had been vacuumed out of the pool. After us giving a negative review, the tech unexpectedly showed up today and said he would finish the job if I took down the review. The pics of the leaves are what he scooped up today after assuring us he had cleaned them all yesterday. The picture of the water condition is how he left it today. Ojalá pudiera dar más de 5 estrellas, no puedo decir suficientes cosas buenas sobre el dueño de esta compañía y sus empleados. Cada vez que he tenido alguna pregunta sobre cosas para nuestra piscina o jacuzzi, Dean (el dueño) ha estado más que dispuesto a tomarse el tiempo para explicarme y nunca me ha hecho sentir tonta por mis preguntas. Sé que la gente no piensa que el invierno sea un buen momento para empezar a investigar antes de decidir con una compañía de piscinas, pero no es cierto: el invierno es una de las mejores épocas para investigar lo que quieres para tus necesidades de piscina o jacuzzi y este es el momento perfecto para contactar a las compañías y hacer todas las preguntas que tengas. Sé que durante años hemos estado extremadamente satisfechos con los servicios de piscinas de CC y no cambiaría nada de nuestro servicio de piscina. ¡Gracias nuevamente por siempre darnos a mi familia y a mí una piscina y un jacuzzi hermosos y limpios para disfrutar todo el año!I wish I could give more than a 5 star review, I can’t say enough good things about the owner of this company & their employees every time I have had any question at all about things for our pool or Hot tub Dean ( the Owner) has been more than happy to take the time to explain to me & has never made me feel stupid about my questions I know people don’t think that in the winter time is a good time to start researching before you go with a pool company but not true the winter is 1 of the best times to research what your wanting for your pool or hot tub needs & this the perfect time to reach out to the company’s & ask as many questions that you have I know that for years we have been extremely happy with CC’s pools & wouldn’t change 1 thing about our pool service! They came to my house, spent maybe 20 minutes answering a few basic questions about pool care, and then charged me $240 — without ever telling me upfront what it would cost. No service performed, no repairs, nothing — just a short conversation. I would have never agreed to pay that kind of money just to be talked at if I had known beforehand. Completely unprofessional to hide the pricing until after the fact. These guys are not transparent, overpriced, and take advantage of customers. When I called to get a quote :to clean my pool, I was told $150 which falls in line with other quotes I received. I was impressed that the workers came out immediately but imagine my surprise when I learned that it was $150 an hour! I was also charged $350 for chemicals and then learned from other pool services that it should not be more than $50. My pool is worse than it was but Dean said it could take up to 48 hours.
