Earl is great to work with. From the moment my wife and I started planning for our new pool last year, Earl did everything to make the process easy. He first showed complete patience with me. Going over every single pool option and listening to all of my questions. The site looks small from outside but don't be fooled. They have 6 full-sized pools outside that you can go see also. The display area shows you all the linings, ladders, gives you ideas for decks, etc. The prices in the store are very fair. I had an issue after the union to our filter and pump got broken by a company we used for pavers. Earl came on the 4th of July to help replace it. What else can you say about this person's customer service. I highly recommend these guys.

I had an issue with the motor of my pool pump. Earl was extremely kind on the phone and when I brought it in, he fixed it with ease. Very friendly and extremely reliable. I'll definitely be back for all my pool needs. Thanks again Earl !

Always friendly and helpful at Woodbridge Pools. They did a fantastic job installing my 15 x 30 semi in-ground pool back in 2023. I highly recommend them.

On a recommendation from our neighbor, we visited Woodbridge Pools just to some "window shopping" because we were thinking about replacing our older (much) pool. We live approximately 1 hour away and had already spoken to pool companies in our area and were totally turned off. Well, Woodbridge Pools was a welcome change, at least for us. We spoke with Walter, the owner, and his wife. These people have been in this business for decades. We knew exactly what size we needed and my wife knew exactly what style she wanted. Within one half hour we signed a sales order for a gorgeous aluminum pool, put a deposit, and Walter agreed that we would take delivery next April or May. While I'm a retired contractor, we opted in on using their very affordable installation crew. Overall, this was one of the nicest shopping experiences we've had in ages. ps: we did have the advantage of seeing how Woodbridge Pools' installation crew worked when they did our neighbor's pool 2 years ago.

OMG! They were life savers and so patient with me! My husband passed away this yr and I was determined to get the pool open and clean ( it had been his job and I knew nothing) After many issues ( what hoses , where, broken filter gaskets, burned out motor, losing water etc) I must have been in there a dozen times to ask questions! They were so helpful and always pointed me to the right thing and explained what to do. I feel accomplished and have enjoyed a summer of swimming. Thanks guys!
