Beware what rock they use for coping. Soft Ok rock was sold to me at 50% reduced rate. It flakes and wears away leaving mortar joints "taller" than the rock. Around the spa it wears very quick and gets your clothes dirty like red dirt does. The pool plaster wears away quickly and needs to be replaced within 10-15 years. Service for San Angelo comes from Abilene area and you pay for the drive. Took over 18 months to repair plaster in Spa that was 8 years old. After repairs the spa doesn’t work proper and is now leaking out the wall of the spa.

We are loving our new pool that Southwest Pools in Abilene has installed for us. They did an awesome job showing us how to maintain the pool. We couldn’t be happier with this wonderful company. We highly recommend them if you are looking into getting a pool.

Kortney was outstanding teaching me how to work the new pool system! He took the time to let me take pics and take notes and answer all my questions! Phenomenal service!!

I spoke with Bree to schedule a service technician to check out our pool pump and automatic cleaning system. Bree was very helpful. She was able to schedule Courtney to come out that afternoon. Courtney was very personable and it was clear he is an expert at what he does. Courtney fixed our problem and made sure everything was working correctly before leaving. Overall excellent experience with our new pool! Dave was great with the sales process and super helpful during the build itself keeping us informed. Once completed, Kortney gave us an excellent orientation on the operations and has been extremely helpful in resolving a couple minor issues in very timely manner!
