We just recently took over the responsibility of maintaining our in ground pool so we’re still learning… we’ve taken several water samples for free testing and Trystan has been amazingly helpful! She explained all the different tests, how much chlorine we needed, set up an account for us that keeps track of past water tests and even made us a cheat sheet with everything we might need to know! Super nice, encouraging and helpful!

Would not recommend this store to anyone. Every staff member is extremely rude and unknowlegable. This store does not keep supplies that you need in stock. Better off buying online and saving money

Horrible customer service. My mother and I went in to purchase sand bags, there were a few men workers in there and not a single one offered to help. Bags were very heavy and we definitely needed help. Seems like every time we make a trip here the main man has an attitude. Won’t be back.

All I can say is that I wish I started coming to Leslie's sooner. We were using test strips for our salt pool and just struggling. Since taking Leslie's advice, our pool has never looked better!

The gentleman who helped me was extremely helpful in getting us what we needed. Amazing job, well done.

Service is horrible!!!!! They aren’t knowledgeable and sure don’t make you feel welcome! Practically have to beg for assistance then they act like you’re bothering them. Won’t go back here. Ever!

Finally! A competent pool guy working at a pool store. I have waded 18 months chasing incorrect information. I got the real solution.
